I have quite a file of pictures I have saved for inspiration for the SSP (Short Sale Project) Beach House. I thought I’d share a few photos with you. I really love all the whites, accented with some soothing blues. I also like the idea of white walls and a hint of blue on the ceiling!?!? This first photo reminds me of the SSP master bathroom with the black and white tile – I think I might have to paint the master bathroom walls just this color – this weekend I found a big throw pillow at TJ Maxx for the master bed that would look perfect with these colors!
Note to self - buy this black toilet seat!

I love the colors and different styles of all the chairs and the bench – I have my eye on a bench just like this at a consignment store, but forcing myself not to buy until we get an approval on the SSP from the Bank. I see a painting project in my near future.

This is Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue – maybe an accent wall in the living room in blue?
This is such a soothing living room – but I’d need more durable fabrics for renters with sand and wet bathing suits – could I make leather look beachy?

A porch swing is a must-have!
Still waiting to hear from the Bank on the SSP – we are officially on Week #4 of waiting!
